We believe all people are created in the image of God, God’s love extends to all people, and all people are of sacred worth. We welcome and affirm all people regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, immigration status, political affiliation, or cultural background.
At Jesse Lee Church, we believe children are a vital part of the Kingdom of God. We believe God is working in and through their lives every day, and are honored to be a part of their daily faith journey. In Kingdom Kids, we gather in fellowship with each other, explore how people around the world think about and experience God (both past and present), and wonder together about what it means for us today.
Jesse Lee Spirit Builders volunteers build wheelchair ramp sections that are available to those in need. To date, Spirit Builders have built over 200 wheelchair ramps in Connecticut and New York. Together, they build beautiful things to serve God, and each other, well.
One of the largest local ASP groups in the country, Jesse Lee Appalachia Service Project will make its 41st life-changing home-repair mission trip June 28 to July 6. Nearly 300 high-school teens and adults are expected to volunteer for this summer’s trip. You can help support the effort by buying “stock” from volunteers and, beginning in late April, by having your car washed in front of the church (each Saturday).
